Bicyclists Have the Same Rights as Motor Vehicles
Most Drivers are surprised to learn that under NRS 484B. 767, bicyclists have the same rights on the roadway as drivers of cars and are allowed to ride in the same travel lanes as cars. Bicyclists are not required to drive on the shoulder of the road. However, operators of bicycles are not permitted to ride more than two abreast in the lane under NRS484B.777.
Nevada Motor Vehicle Rules Pertaining to Bicyclists
